Does it PISS YOU RIGHT OFF, when you have problems in life, you’re stressed out, and people give you LIFE ADVICE without asking for it?

Maybe you’re drinking way too much, or simply dependent on alcohol, which never helps.

In most cases, you probably know they have ISSUES of their own, and wonder how the hell, they can offer advice.

Did they ever ask, would you like me to listen, without judgement or making assumptions, while you speak?

As your relationships, business, life, but most importantly yourself, fall apart.

They’ll say things like, I did all I could.

In my own case.

You still wouldn’t stop DRINKING.

Why aren’t they giving the “Athlete” who also looks like they are about to collapse advice, about the amount of running they’re doing?

It must be the pecking order of acceptable “Addictions” again.

Unsolicited Advice particularly without a firm foundation based in experience and knowledge.

Isn’t in any way helpful.

I often wondered why these people were offering it in the first place.

Maybe to make themselves feel better?

Almost dying as I did, doesn’t automatically make you want to, or create sustainable change in your life, where ALCOHOL is concerned.

I’ve been told this by Gastroenterology Specialists myself, not from watching YouTube content.

And it wasn’t the reasoning behind me changing my life, and creating healthy relationships, after I’d stopped.

I’m now able to accept constructive critism, not possible previously, this has little to do with alcohol.

So, when a friend says – “You wouldn’t listen, why should we listen to you” I didn’t take offence.

I simply pointed out, I’ve lived it, been through the whole process of change and now understand, neuroscience, neurology, neurobiology, how we work.

Anyone, is perfectly capable of changing their lives.

From experience, doing it on your own, going through the process of overcoming your issues on the same level of understanding, as when they first started.

Takes far longer, can be lonely, and extremely tough.
