Contented Life Coaching provides life coaching and personal development services under the Human System Architect methodology. Our services are designed to support clients in clarifying goals, overcoming obstacles, and creating meaningful change in their lives. 

Life coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

It is not a substitute for professional mental health support.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support,

please seek help from a qualified healthcare professional. 

3. Booking and Payment 

3.1 Bookings 

Coaching sessions and packages can be booked via our website or by contacting us directly.

A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from us. 

3.2 Pricing 

All prices are displayed on our website and are in [GBP / EUR – please confirm currency].

Prices are exclusive of VAT as stated at the point of purchase. 

3.3 Payment 

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

We do not store your payment card details. 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

4.1 Cancellation by You 

We understand that life happens. Our cancellation policy is as follows: 

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge. 

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session will not be eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once at our discretion. 

• Failure to attend a session without notice ('no-show') will result in a charge in full. 

4.2 Cancellation by Us 

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or the option to reschedule. 

4.3 Packages 

If you have purchased a coaching package: unused sessions may be used within [12 months] of purchase.

Partial refunds on packages will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for any unused sessions, minus an administration fee of [amount]. 

5. Client Responsibilities 

As a client, you agree to: 

• Attend sessions on time and be prepared to engage 

• Communicate openly and honestly 

• Take responsibility for your own decisions and outcomes 

• Not hold us liable for decisions made as a result of coaching 

6. Confidentiality 

We will keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except where: 

• You give explicit permission to share it 

• We are legally required to disclose it (e.g., if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others) 

We may use anonymised case examples for educational or marketing purposes, but never in a way that could identify you. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All content on www.contentedlifecoaching.com – including text, graphics, logos, images, and materials provided during coaching – is the intellectual property of Contented Life Coaching and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without our prior written consent. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Contented Life Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for those services.

Our website content and coaching services are provided for general informational and personal development purposes only. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes from coaching.

Results vary depending on individual commitment and circumstances.
