The Decision to Change.

I didn't see my collapse on all levels, nervous system, mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

A devastating experience, which I complained about.

An experience my medical team describes as - Near Death - due to me being unresponsive for days in an ICU.

It was a catalyst that helped me stop following my current path in the same way.

The way I'd been approaching life for decades was to feel at least somewhat balanced and calm.

the reasons I did this are documented on my about me page.

Accepting my current state, medical condition, and diagnosis was crucial.

I understood, as I was lying in a hospital bed, unable to walk or feed myself at 40,

that the changes I needed to make must be at the level of identity.

Which meant addressing all the issues that had prevented me from performing at my best,

while also being a high achiever.
