High Achiever Leadership Identity.

Leader vs Winner – What’s the Difference?

Recently, in St. Tropez, while my friend and I were eating breakfast.

Mame Cafe and Restaurant – St Tropez – for Breakfast.

I couldn’t help overhearing an American

gentleman discussing traits, vibes, and life

with his children.

This guy was clearly a high achiever who had

done well in life,

it would make sense that they were on a

European tour,

not a short trip to the Côte d’Azur.

A healthy breakfast at Mama Cafe and Restaurant – St Tropez

He explained to his son how he used to

attempt to bring people together, not argue,

be the cause of conflicts, or get into conflict.

Until he realized that if he was going to be

successful in life, he would need to toughen up.

That he must have a voice and express it.

In life, he went on…

Others will walk all over you, do anything to get

what they want, at your expense if you allow it.

The last part in particular resonated with me,

having experienced manipulation, gaslighting,

and triangulation, for years in my business.

Being open and honest about my life means,

I don’t conveniently choose to forget my own

visceral drive to succeed and win at all costs.

What I didn’t understand at that time was

where the unhealthy levels of competitiveness,

will to win, and need to destroy anyone who

crossed swords with me, came from.

As I was rebuilding myself,

raising my levels of awareness (self).

I started applying the lessons I’d learned,

I would intend to uphold my boundaries, consciously,

as I built and embraced my new identity.

It was apparent that the father didn’t understand

what he was saying on a deeper level.

He was talking mindset, I was thinking system,

because you cannot reduce the human

organism into separate parts.

If I’d done that 12 years ago,

it would have taken years before

I experienced the levels of growth I did.

What he was inadvertently doing during his

lesson on life… was teaching his son on all

levels of his system… to be a WINNER.

Being a WINNER and Being a LEADER

are very different…

A leader makes conscious choices

that originate from integration and

regulation… a different state of being.

COHERENCE ACROSS THE SYSTEM

Not overdrive, sympathetic dominance, but…

Balance, Calmness, Peace, Aliveness, Purpose

Connection, Contentment, and Fulfillment,

without losing your edge.

In fact, your edge becomes sharper than ever.

Who do you want to be, a leader or a winner?

Your IDENTITY is key to you living your life

on your terms, from a heart-centered place,

with a sharper edge than you had previously.

What do you need to change right now?
