The easiest, quickest way of changing the way you feel, when the same people, are pushing the same buttons.
That warmth, flushing through your body, a rush of feel good chemicals, that’s better.
Let’s be real, you choose how you respond to the way you think and feel, not alcohol, or any addiction.
Something deeper, conditioning, changes us, the way we look at life, and life easily becomes unbearable.

At school, I played the Double Bass, I loved it, no BIG DEAL. To the teachers involved however, it was.
They invested “some” effort forcing, not asking, me to attend – Orchestras, and Bands, which were out of school hours.
They didn’t seem to care what I wanted, they had their agenda, and I was to follow it, while I understood, it was in my best interests.
I’d simply fight anyone, or anything, I didn’t believe in. This was about control, and the person also fighting to gain it over me, this felt natural.
You’re then expected to apologise for, and offer reasons behind your behaviour, until you fall in line.
I had no self-awareness, I’ve also taken responsibility for my life, I don’t make excuses.
I started drinking, I enjoyed it, the way it allowed me feel, I wasn’t doing anything out of the ordinary.
Others around me, didn’t share my views, and my behaviour caused mayhem in life.
In business, it was used as another means of controlling me, this I fought, because I again understood what was happening.
This cycle must be broken, making a decision to change, to look deeply at yourself, and the tools you are using to change the way you feel.
Allows you the opportunity to change your relationships, and life. Alcohol didn’t almost killed me, the lifestyle I chose to live, did that.
