Holding on to anger, will only hurt us, it’ll also, go a long way in helping us destroy our lives. How we act because of our anger, will likely, be affecting others around us, in a way we don’t realise.Levels of stress…anxiety and our insecurities rise, we are unable to eat properly, or sleep, eventually depression sets in. Life is a battle, we see threats everywhere, unable to relax naturally, we do anything not to feel the way we do.Living this way, is un-enjoyable and unsustainable, it’ll lead to dis-ease, or worse. We must let it go, for our own peace of mind, health and well-being. When we let go of our anger and insecurities, we become the most effective version of ourselves.
