Would you say you’re the same behind closed doors
as you present yourself in the wild?
You’re a High Achiever, and You’re Unique.
What’s the constant,
or rather, who is the constant in your life?
Making yourself your priority is crucial when you’ve decided
that you want more than your current experience of life.
Think about it.
Did your caregivers, including the ones writing on a board in a class(room), ever tell you that
when your system feels and thinks it’s under constant threat, you naturally become selfish.
The correct terminology is SELF-FOCUSED.
This is living in SURVIVAL.
When the nervous system is operating in chronic sympathetic dominance or functional freeze,
the gap between your public presentation and your private experience widens.
The system is managing threat.
Energy goes to performance, to control, to maintaining the external image
because at a biological level, being seen as weak or vulnerable feels dangerous.
This isn’t dishonesty – It’s adaptation.
Others who don’t understand this themselves were more likely to say,
it’s not all about you, adhere to the rules,
here is your punishment because you didn’t.
Don’t forget experiences.
When you’ve decided to change
YOUR IDENTITY
you must also stop playing the blame game.
Pretty much everyone has been conditioned to
play by the rules in their environment.
We stop blaming the messengers, those who
were simply following a script they never
questioned, so we can start writing our own.
They were also likely never taught how a
HUMAN BEINGS System Truly Works.
Prioritising yourself is DIFFERENT.
This is why I approached change the way I did 12 years ago…
…I took back my SOVEREIGNTY,
and proceeded intentionally.

Creating a new identity after years of other people attempting to erode my old one.
Which, of course, had adapted to SURVIVE, through many experiences,
in an increasingly dangerous world, which began before birth.
This is the slide from ‘average’ to ‘unhealthy’,
moving from somewhat integrated to completely disintegrated.
My collapse after living this way for decades,
fighting for autonomy, predominantly in
● sympathetic dominance,
● functional freeze, leading to
● burnout and collapse,
was a catalyst I needed.
Yours can be a thought away.
I decided I’d live life on my terms,
rejecting society’s labels and beliefs,
meaning,
nothing would be ruled out of my experience.
To me, this is CONTENTMENT.
You can’t create the life you want
by simply changing your mindset,
or gaining insights after a few hours of talking
about things, and reframing everything.
Breathwork, Cold Water Immersion,
Meditation and Techniques are Tools.
You’ve probably been using your MINDSET
to override your biology,
feelings, and emotions for years.
I did, it’s why I discuss it.
So, who do you want to be?
