As a High Achiever, What are Your Priorities in Life?

What is your new priority going to be

for you to reach your next level of success?

Are you going to keep chasing more money?

Or, are you finally going to commit to

building your internal foundation?

Understand yourself at a deeper level.

Build genuinely better relationships

with your family, friends, and loved ones.

Prioritise your health and wellbeing,

enabling you to handle every facet of your life with resilience.

Importantly, resilience is used with awareness, not in a damaging way.

Develop your inherent ability to choose your path, not just react to it.

There’s nothing inherently “wrong” with money;

it’s always about your relationship with it.

Besides, (sensible) spirituality says, everything is spiritual,

so why would there be anything wrong with material things?

After the essentials, money offers freedom to experience,

but it won’t bring balance, calmness, peace, purpose,

aliveness, or true fulfillment, without losing your edge.

So, why the constant obsession

with having more?

Is it about CONTROL? SAFETY?

Or SEPARATION from SELF?

When you’re living in overdrive,

sympathetic dominance, or functional freeze,

having more resources definitely makes you feel safe.

You’re stressed, anxious, frustrated,

insecure, and unable to sleep;

Your body believes there is a potential threat

around every corner; it must be prepared.

Then, of course, there are the very real threats.

That person who’s attempting to control your business,

take over, argues constantly, manipulates,

or is out to ruin your career,

that’s not simply you projecting, as too many suggest.

From your current state,

you’ll not be able to deal with such issues constructively.

When you’re living in survival mode, your brain lacks coherence.

it isn’t working as a WHOLE,

which means you aren’t either.

Reflecting on my experience of life,

how it had molded my personality.

Moving from average due to my life experiences, to disintegrated,

after living in the state for 40 years.

It’s clear why I had an unhealthy relationship with money,

and consumption in the extreme.

This is why in 2014, I decided to change

my perception of myself – state of being

which gave me the freedom to choose what

I desired my life to be like.

Regulation (ANS) – Integration (SHADOW)

Emotional – Physical – Spiritual.

Fit and Healthy – Healed and Whole.

This is a process, and you must meet yourself

where you are – for me, this was in a hospital bed

with hardly any muscle mass, unable to walk in 2014.

Sustainable change means there are no

Quick Fixes.

Becoming the NEW YOU takes time.

The result is you living the life

you’ve been chasing for years.

What Does That Life Look Like To You?

Who must you become to live it?
