Life is Over – Because I Can No Longer Drink Alcohol.

Who Needs Alcohol – When You’re Comfortable Being Yourself – My Life Has Never Been This Amazing.

Another highly enjoyable day out, with good friends.

Choosing to Moderate, or Stopping Your Alcohol Consumption, is a personal choice.

The reasons for us drinking it, our relationship with it, will also be personal.

When you’ve managed to create a great deal of damage in your body, potentially your brain, and definitely your life.

It’s as good a reason as any, to quit, and there are many incredible benefits gained, from doing it.

I understood, I’d have to change the relationship I had with my comfort zone, the place I spent most of my time…but I didn’t stop going there.

The only way this could have been achieved is by changing my mindset, and perceptions.

In the hospital, I’d created a vision of the person I’d become, and when I left, went out and took action.

It can’t matter to me, if others in the environment I choose to spend time in, choose to drink.

I could however, make this difficult for myself.

By judging them, while constantly TELLING THEM about the DAMAGE they are causing themselves.

Or, by being in any way concerned about their opinions, on me not drinking, and the comments made.

My only interest is in helping others who suffer in life.

Particularly, when they hide behind the facade of alcohol, drinking too much of it.

While projecting a wonderful experience of life, to the world.

This is about people that would love help in resolving the issues that are holding them back, and helping them underperform in life.

Lecturing anyone, is not, what I ever aim to do.

In fact, when people did this to me, I HATED IT.

Living this way myself, for way too long.

I understand the pain many people live in.

This is another reason I focused on health, holistically.

Because that’s how we work, body, brain, mind, & soul.

Once you accept, your problems with alcohol are the symptom, rarely the cause.

You’ll be able to readdress your relationship with it, and make the changes in your life sustainable.
